I am a mindfulness teacher, dance teaching artist, and coach.
After working with the public sector for 7 years, teaching dance to thousands of San Francisco Unified’s most underserved children, and earning the prestigious Dream Catcher Award for inspiring San Francisco’s youth, I founded Artists In The Classroom, a company devoted to cultivating conscious leadership and wellness, in individuals and organizations.
I’m a certified teacher with Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, a Community Boards certified mediator, an alumna of the Strozzi Institute, Pachamama Alliance, Soul of Money Institute, Spiritrock, Hoffman Institute, and The Conscious Leadership Group, as well as an active, embodied, participant in the Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness and Wisdom 2.0 communities.
